Currently the recruiters we contract with come from all kinds of different backgrounds, careers and regions of the world. In general, the most successful recruiting representatives are in one of the three following categories:

University/graduate student. Engaging and motivated individuals with diverse interests and friends are highly effective as they are in constant contact with the target audience of recent graduates wishing to experience traveling and working as teachers abroad. In particular, individuals who may have previous experience in the field may be able to provide more accurate descriptions of the experience. Involvement with various clubs or communities and access to the Humanities-related departments of university or college is also highly beneficial to the efficiency of these individuals.

Experienced ESL teachers. Those who have had favorable experiences teaching abroad also make good representatives. While enjoying their stay in Korea, these individuals may have built up a good relationship with former and current instructors who wish to further their teaching horizons. These individuals would like to still be connected to Korea even after returning to their own home country, while maintaining an income-generating network with no cap.

Enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals. Those who have had experience in sales or recruiting, able to seek and develop their own pipelines. Individuals with leads into ESL- related organizations such as TESOL/TEFL certificate programs, teacher colleges and organizations have also been highly successful.
